Registration and Abstract Submission
REGISTRATION
Registration includes: Access to all scientific sessions, poster sessions, vendor shows; opening reception and closing banquet; light breakfast and coffee breaks and two dinners; conference program. Registration price does not include accommodations. To book a room at the conference venue, click the Venue tab.
Registration rates – July 31, 2011 - October 7, 2001 (onsite registration available after 10/7/11)
IPS member: $660
Non-member: $785 - includes membership for 2011-2012
Student/Trainee* Member: $ $460
Student/Trainee* Non-Member: $535 includes membership for 2011-2012
Accompanying guest: $160 – includes opening reception and closing banquet.
Banquet only: $80 - includes only the banquest on the last night of the conference
One day registration: $150 - includes scientific sessions and all meals on any one day (please specify day when purchasing).
*Please note, individuals who are predoctoral students in fields relating to proteolysis or who have received their doctoral degrees in those fields within the preceding three (3) years and who have been recommended by the academic advisor in writing shall be eligible for election as a member in training of the corporation. Anyone registering as a student or trainee needs to have their advisors send an email confirming their status to sdevlin@sanfordburnham.org or will need to pay the difference in the student rate and the late registration rate when checking in at the meeting.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration refunds will be made for written cancellations received by October 1, 2011, less a 3% processing fee. After that date no refunds will be made. Please direct questions about payments or refunds to Stacy Devlin (sdevlin@sanfordburnham.org or 858-646-3100 x 3258).
